Full Job Description
The Ecommerce Merchandising Associate reports to the VP of Operations as part of the Ecommerce and Operations division. This role is critical to the success of KULE.com across product information management, collection management, merchandising assortment, and pricing.
Requirements
This individual
- Owns and project manages the product data import process for all new collections into Shopify including size charts, images, copy, metadata, recommendations, and more
- Maintains existing product images, copy, pricing, sizing, and product recommendations
- Partners with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to align on seasonal product and collab launches for a seamless customer experience, including navigation updates and homepage changeouts
- Supports merchandising collections grids used for launch and marketing
- Monitor web inventory availability and product assortment
- Assists with website optimization, including page construction and edits, image and page templates, and more
- Reports on product, traffic, and navigation activity for web optimization and merchandising analysis
- Partners with Merchandising/Planning for price changes
- Is comfortable partnering with Production, Wholesale, Marketing, Operations, and Editorial to ensure KULE.com is a success
Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of related digital or merchandising experience
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Experience with Shopify
- Must have advanced Excel/Google Sheet Skills (PIVOT Tables, lookups, etc)
- Must enjoy working with data, improving internal processes, and working with multiple departments to complete projects
