Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience to determine their fit for job opportunities abroad.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview stages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities abroad.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Ability to understand and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of cultural and linguistic nuances related to recruitment in the Dutch language.
