Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch or German Speaking Recruiting Country Manager to join our team. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in matching candidates with jobs in their native language, in other countries, we are dedicated to helping individuals find their dream jobs abroad. We focus on various industries, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.
As a Dutch or German Speaking Recruiting Country Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and manage our operations in the USA. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the USA, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and successful placements. You will utilize your language skills and expertise in recruitment to engage with Dutch or German-speaking candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the USA, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and recruit top talent for our clients within the USA
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate's background information
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with our international team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch or German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
- Available for 4 months training in Greece
- Valid EU passport
