As a Dutch or German Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and evaluating talented candidates who are seeking job opportunities abroad. Your ability to effectively communicate with potential candidates in Dutch or German and assess their language proficiency will be key to ensuring successful matches with employers in the consumer services industry.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates who speak Dutch or German, ensuring their qualifications and experience align with the requirements of our clients in the consumer services industry.
  • Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate language proficiency, cultural fit, and relevant skills and experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates in the Dutch or German language market, leveraging various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific events.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide consultation on the best recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database, ensuring compliance with all data protection guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in recruitment practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch or German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in either language.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
