We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development
Compensation: $260,000 - $286,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
The Head of Learning and Development will design and implement strategic training initiatives aligned with Rokt’s organizational goals to enhance employee performance and foster continuous growth. This role involves developing engaging training programs, delivering effective learning sessions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimal impact. They will be responsible for cultivating a culture of learning and supporting employees through changes and overall career development.
About the role:
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on identifying learning needs and creating effective training methods.
- Design and create engaging training programs and materials to improve speed to proficiency, leadership capabilities, and feedback culture.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, for employees across all levels of the organization.
- Build and operate talent development programs including leadership essentials, onboarding, and mentorship initiatives to foster career progression.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness using assessment methods, data analysis, and employee feedback to guide future initiatives.
Requirements
About you:
- 15+ years of experience in building, scaling, and leading learning & development teams within start up and corporate environments
- Background in education and/or instructional design
- Technology Proficiency: Utilizing learning management systems, e-learning tools, and other technologies for training delivery and tracking.
- Stakeholder management: ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders across teams to identify gaps that can be addressed by L&D initiatives and drive adoption of L&D programs.
- Strategic and creative thinking: aligning learning and development (L&D) initiatives with business goals.
