The Director of Case Management oversees the daily operation of the Case Management Department which is responsible for the coordination of the hospital-wide functions of Case Management, Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. Oversees and coordinates the collection of pertinent Hospital data and provides educational activities to all levels of Hospital staff regarding the above functions.
Qualifications:
- Current NYS unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- Case Management certification required within 2 years of employment.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in Nursing
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Case Management, Utilization Review or Discharge Planning required.
- Two (2) of these years must be in a supervisory position.
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Master's Degree preferred.
Salary Range:
$150,000 to $160,000
