Full Job Description

Super Soccer Stars, a leading youth educational soccer program, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join its growing team. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and grow our customer base. You will also ensure the successful execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, online advertising, and more.

With over 20 years of experience, Soccer Stars has established itself as a premier soccer program across 16+ states, reaching over 100,000 participants each year. Our best-in-class curriculum offers specific and progressive lesson plans built to every child's developmental needs, from a Parent & Me pre-soccer movement program starting at 12 months to advanced development and competitive play programs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives and budget
  • Create and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, online advertising, SEM/SEO, and more
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
  • Manage and oversee the creation of all digital content (including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media content, and infographics)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT and creative) to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and initiatives
  • Set and monitor KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns and report regularly on progress towards goals
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to ensure the program remains innovative and competitive

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sports or education industry
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, online advertising, SEM/SEO, and more
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience managing a team, with demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Passion for youth education and athletics
