Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients to discuss personalized treatment options, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.

Must Have:

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Saturday / 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Off Wednesday and Sunday.
• Hours will not exceed 45 per week, scheduled gets arranged.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
