Customer Service Administrator

$18-$22 per hour

Almstead Tree and Shrub Care Co. is a second-generation, family-owned firm established in 1964 that services commercial and residential clients throughout the NY, NJ, and CT tri-state area. Our Office Manager is the face of the company ensuring a positive experience for both clients and employees.

Requirements

• Customer service: heavy phone work including outbound account receivable calls, customer service support, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining multiple sales calendars, creating proposals, daily debriefing.
• Administration of customer database and files, payment processing, complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Providing additional administrative support to arborists (our sales team), and general office assistant responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Database Systems desired (we will train on our programs).
• Background in Sales/Marketing a plus.
• Associates degree or higher is helpful
• 1+ years of experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
