Requirements

• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Residence in or near the Buffalo, NY area.
