Gadge USA was established in 1993. Our company is a national packaging supply and supply-chain solutions company with an expansive distribution network. We manage packaging portfolios across multiple categories, combined with a scalable service model, which delivers packaging solutions and continuous improvement to our customers.
We are currently recruiting a CX Projects Specialist, reporting to our Senior Manager, CX Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Project Manager to help plan, execute, and launch new packaging products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Support the CX Projects Department and collaborate with other Specialists and Project Managers to assist in the development of new products, and specification changes.
- Contribute to the creation of product specifications and customer proposals, considering factors such as vendor capabilities, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements.
- Help develop project requirements, update project plans and monitor timelines.
- Manage deliverables to an accurate & timely completion based on importance and urgency and identify or escalate risks, issues and/or concerns.
- Support the preparation and creation of product documentation such as customer/vendor quotes, specification documents, and other internal forms or files.
- Assist in conducting competitive analysis to identify areas of cost-savings opportunities.
- Provide administrative support as required such as Request for Quotes (RFQs), documenting specifications in Specright system, and tracking all project notes through the project life cycle.
- Able to track and deliver on individual tasks as well as those delegated by the project manager based on importance and urgency
- Communicates and collaborates with vendors considering factors such as vendor capabilities, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements.
- Assist with creating new vendor/customer accounts and maintain profiles in company systems.
- Serve as a backup to Project Managers, with support from other Specialists and Project Managers.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, product development, or a related field or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to drive towards meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Positive mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other Office 365 products.
- Knowledge of product development methodologies.
- Passion and interest in the packaging industry. Experience a plus!

This role will be based in our office located at 3000 Marcus Avenue, Suite 3E03, Lake Success, NY 11042.
The salary range for this role is up to $60,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
