Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as as an Industrial and Commercial Leasing and Sales Associate, where you will drive our leasing and sales initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge market strategies and robust client relationships. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, client engagement, and operational management, providing a fertile ground for professional growth and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Engagement: Analyze market trends to craft and execute effective leasing and sales strategies that enhance our competitive edge and profitability.
- Dynamic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants and buyers, ensuring first-class service from initial contact to deal closure, establishing a stellar reputation for both yourself and the firm.
- Integrated Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding plan using platforms like Buildout Connect and Revere to enhance property visibility and firm branding.
- Comprehensive Operational Oversight: Engage in extensive property canvassing, both online and in-person, utilizing platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, CREXI, and Ten X to identify lucrative leasing and sales opportunities.
- Technology-Driven Efficiency: Manage property and client data with precision using advanced real estate software such as Yardi, RCM Lightbox, and HubSpot, ensuring optimal matching of properties with clients.
- Documentation and Compliance Expertise: Oversee all aspects of transactions, including paperwork, leases, and billing, ensuring compliance with legal standards and smooth operational flow.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Newly obtained or pending Real Estate Salesperson License in good standing in New York.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the commercial and industrial real estate sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate software such as CoStar, LoopNet, Yardi, CREXI, Ten X, RCM Lightbox, Buildout Connect, Revere, and HubSpot.
