Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in Real World Evidence (RWE) and previous experience working with private equity-backed companies. As the COO, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our client by overseeing and optimizing operations, leading a talented team, and implementing strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall operational strategy, in alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead and manage all operational functions, including finance, human resources, IT, and project management.
- Optimize and streamline operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
- Represent the company in external relationships, including with investors and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
