Full Job Description
Rallye Motor Company, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a large dealership construction project from start to finish, ensuring it's timely completion, completion within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects to develop optimal design and acceptable value
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors. Coordinate with internal user groups.
- Work with architects and engineering team, expeditor, municipalities, and others for permits and sign-offs.
- Oversee and direct construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Supervise contractors to insure best practices throughout field installation of project.
- Manage personnel assigned to your team in an efficient, professional manner.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and give them guidance when needed.
- 8. Evaluate progress, update schedule and prepare detailed reports.
- 9. Ensure adherence to all health and site-safety standards and report issues.
- Track adherence to acceptance criteria for completed work; maintain related punch lists.
- Manage FF&E delivery and installation.
- Review and manage invoices for consistency with vendor agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or owner’s representative.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Procore Management System and related resources.
- Familiarity, facility with construction/project management software
- Knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities and initiative
- BSC/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field a plus

PAY RATE: $120,000 to $180,000 annually
This position is considered a temporary position ending upon project completion
