Full Job Description
Complete Home Care, Xtreme Care and it's collection of companies is looking for a Comptroller who will be able to:
Plan, organize, monitor, and train the daily activities of the accounting team
Advance knowledge of all the duties in the office including deal processing, daily deposits, A/R, A/P, title work
Timely completion of month-end close and financial statement transmissions
Process daily and monthly reports
Prepare monthly bank & finance reserve reconciliations
Maintain internal controls and company processes and procedures
Participate in financial audits
Ability to partner with CFO and provide insight on department and expense variances and opportunities
This position can be remote or in person.
Complete Homecare is a fast growing, non medical home care agency with offices in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Ohio and Georgia.
Requirements
At least 7 to 10 years financial related experience
Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance
Prior experience in the oversight and management of an accounting office
Ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information rapidly
Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic leader
Personable, action-oriented, and professional
