Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and user participation
- Manage and moderate online platforms and social media channels for customer interaction
- Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and discussions
- Gather user feedback and communicate insights to the product development team
- Create engaging content to inform and inspire our community
- Monitor community sentiment and respond to inquiries and issues promptly
- Foster relationships with key community influencers and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or customer support
- Strong understanding of the supply chain industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and grow a community of users actively
- Experience using community management tools and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
