Commercial Building Construction Supervisor

Joe Knows Energy is seeking an experienced Commercial Building Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial building construction project, from planning and scheduling to managing contractors and ensuring quality control. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on commercial building project
• Create and maintain construction schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the construction site
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
