Teachers On Demand, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Sales Department as a Cold Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-driven, and have a passion for sales. Requirements
Job Requirements:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients following provided scripts and guidelines.
Introduce Teachers On Demand's products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Build rapport and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and assess their suitability for Teachers On Demand's offerings.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the company's CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Continuously develop product knowledge and industry understanding to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance cold-calling techniques and sales abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Familiarity with the education industry is an advantage.
Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
Benefits
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Work Hours: 15 hours per week
