Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various cleaning projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of cleaning professionals, manage schedules, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning projects.
• Supervise cleaning teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan and execute project schedules while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Travel overnight occasionally for project oversight and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports regarding project progress and expenditures.

Wage: $60,000.00

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
• Experience with stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Boom lift or scissor lift experience or certification is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate project needs.
