Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect, analyze and organize daily BWIC calendar
- Review monthly servicer reports and identify changes
- Research and understand commercial real estate risk and valuation of CRE assets
- Review legal documents such as PSA, offering memorandum, etc.
- Respond to sales queries in a timely manner
- Track bonds, analyze client portfolios and identify trading opportunities
Requirements
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and data in excel or other applications
- Knowledge and understanding of securities products
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros and VBL
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and capacity to work independently; must have an eye to spot data and patterns that do not conform to what would be expected for a given data set or report
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.
- Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in CMBS research or CRE banking; Rating agency experience preferred
- Series 7, 63, 86, 87

Odeon Capital Group provides a total compensation package which may include a base salary, commissions, discretionary performance bonus, and/or a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $100,000 to $150,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The final base salary amount that is offered to any candidate, in any location, will be determined on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or regulatory licenses.
