Through a caring, compassionate, philosophy of non-abandonment, the hospice provides a full spectrum of palliative services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care. Requirements:

Manages the overall on-boarding process for patients admitted onto hospice program. 

Location : Bronx

Salary: 62.60/hourly

Qualifications: 

• Current NYS RN License
• Current Driver's License.
• A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in nursing which includes minimum of 5 years of hospice.
• Management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of hospice regulations and Conditions of Participation
• Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions. 
  

Education: 

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is preferred.
