About Atria:

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.

We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Program Manager at Atria, you will be an invaluable partner to our clinical teams by helping them further develop, operationalize, and scale Atria’s clinical programs such as Brain Health, Women's Health, and Endocrinology. Your mission will be to work closely with providers to build and operate personalized, actionable, and engaging clinical programs that significantly improve our members’ health and wellbeing. This role bridges the gap between clinical expertise and product development, requiring a unique blend of healthcare knowledge and program management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to define, build, and implement robust clinical programs across various disciplines.
  • Define and measure success metrics, SLOs/SLAs, and KPIs for each clinical program. Ensure all clinical programs meet (and ideally exceed) all SLOs/SLAs.
  • Define and instrument events for program milestones and status changes, ensure this data is captured in the data warehouse and propagated to downstream systems.
  • Define and implement appropriate data structures for longitudinal tracking of relevant clinical values.
  • Iteratively improve programs based on patient feedback and qualitative/quantitative performance data.
  • Work with product, design, and engineering teams to build and deploy systems that help orchestrate Atria's clinical programs.
  • Ensure clinical programs align with Atria's overall mission of maximizing healthspan and lifespan.
  • Eventually, develop and implement standardized approaches for launching new clinical programs, including defining criteria for different development phases (e.g., alpha, beta, production).
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to create a seamless integration of clinical programs into the overall member experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in clinical program management and digital health technologies.

Success Outcomes:

  • Establish robust partnerships with clinical stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Successfully define and build clinical programs that demonstrably improve member health outcomes and engagement.
  • Develop a standardized, scalable approach to launching and growing new clinical programs.
  • Achieve high adoption rates and positive feedback from both clinical teams and members for newly implemented programs.
  • Meet or exceed defined SLOs/SLAs and KPIs for each clinical program.
  • Create a clear framework for unlocking additional investment (staff, technology, etc.) based on predefined criteria at each phase of program development.

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare program management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing clinical programs in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in program management with a track record of defining success metrics and iteratively improving processes.
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms and tools, and experience working with product and technology teams.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to translate clinical needs into actionable program elements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Direct patient care experience is valuable but not required.

Benefits

At Atria, we are proud to offer every member of the Atria team:

  • Excellent health and wellness benefits, 100% paid by Atria
  • Time to give back and make an impact in underserved communities
