JOB TITLE (#2959): Clinical Operations Supervisor - Bronx, NY

Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience in Clinical Operations

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Bronx, New York.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Supervisor:

  • Learns, understands, and optimizes the processes and operations workflows that have been implemented which are regularly reviewed and updated by the Director and VP Operations.
  • Coordinates with clinical and Director of Data Analytics on evaluation, implementation, and training for Quality Measures and HEDIS
  • Facilitate solutions to operational, technological, and staffing challenges.
  • Manage third-party relationships with outsourced call centers, graphic designers, IT support, pharmacies, media outlets, and managed care plans.
  • Identifies, resolves, and documents patient-related issues within CMS compliance guidelines and in a timely and courteous manner. Works with leadership to report, document, and track all patient–related issues.
  • Assist in diagnosing operational hurdles and providing solutions.
  • Aggregate and compose agendas for management meetings.
  • Facilitate meetings both virtually and onsite.
  • Work with team leads to map workflows and ensure proper training for each employee position.
  • Create whiteboard documentation to propose site optimization solutions.
  • Be the lead to create and communicate to staff reflecting schedule changes and/or various service changes.
  • Aid the VP of Operations in recruiting. This includes drafting a job description, gaining approval, and posting the position, along with directing the candidates to the appropriate party. This may also include pre-screening the candidate.
  • General Onboarding of new staff members
  • Resolve onsite patient challenges.
  • Manage company website and social media.
  • Build relationships with the community to facilitate marketing efforts.
  • Manage external call center, including training, flagging of errors, and escalation to resolve issues.
  • Order promotional items for marketing collateral and staff incentives.
  • Plan and execute on and offsite community engagement events.
  • Oversee remote team in Bangladesh, including productivity and staffing.
  • Communicate facility needs with janitorial staff and ensure completion

Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma required (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate), Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have 2 or more years of previous supervisory experience in Clinical Operations.
  • Must have the ability to interpret industry and compliance information, respond to inquiries and complaints, present to management and public groups, and communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, staff, patients, and vendors.
  • Must have the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Must be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and average knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be capable of managing difficult or emotional client situations and respond promptly to client needs; Solicits client feedback to improve service; Meets commitments.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 25% of the time (operating their computer and performing office work) and needs to move about inside the office 75% of the time ensuring expectations of the clinic are met.
  • Must be able to regularly move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The employee occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer.

Benefits

  • The salary for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 / yr
