Atria is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented solutions engineer to lead our configuration and integration of athenaOne Electronic Health Record System, Ambra PACS system and other integrated clinical applications. You will be responsible for maintenance, support, training, and improving EHR and PACS configurations and associated clinical and administrative processes. You will be an integral member of the IT team helping to support our clinical staff who provide cutting-edge multispecialty medical care. Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and training new end users.
  • End user system continuing education with current end users.
  • Help create standard operating procedure guidelines and educational documents and update the training curriculum as changes occur.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and communication plan outreach.
  • Monitor workflow and processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, adherence, data integrity, accuracy, and quality through education and/or process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and the end users to assist with user acceptance testing for new processes and systems.
  • Identifying issues and risks and resolving or escalating as appropriate.
  • Conduct needs assessments and lead proactive outreach to Atria clinicians to optimize encounter plans, text macros, procedures, and other documentation configurations to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Collaborate on implementation of new software installations, upgrades, and integration.
  • Lead data reconciliation projects and identify and enact initiatives to further structure clinical data for clinical operations and research purposes.
  • Provide help desk support during normal business hours and on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance of Health Information Management applications.
  • Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
  • Participate in disaster recovery initiatives and downtime procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an EHR system administrator or similar role in a multi-specialty environment.
  • Strong preference for at least 1 year of experience with the athenaOne EHR system. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology is required.
  • Knowledgeable of HIPAA and other health IT regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with others from various backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with interoperability, state reporting, integrations, and PACS systems. 
  • Knowledge of database structures and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross functional projects.
