WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team in Oceanside. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent customer service and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar
• Assist with electronic medical record keeping
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
• Process client payments and maintain financial records
• Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Client Service Representative or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computer software and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
