Impact Recruiting Solution is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chiropractor to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and screenings to determine the appropriate chiropractic treatment plan
- Perform chiropractic adjustments to address musculoskeletal issues, including spinal adjustments and manipulations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
- Provide advice and education to patients on exercises, stretches, and lifestyle changes to support their recovery and promote long-term health
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, maintaining confidentiality and complying with privacy regulations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Stay current on industry research, techniques, and trends to continuously improve knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Valid chiropractic license and relevant certifications
- Proven experience and expertise in providing chiropractic care, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusted relationships with patients
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of patients
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure positive patient outcomes
