Our Impact
The Impact team has fundraised $1.7M+ for social causes and organizations like the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Ukrainian Refugees, and COVID-19 relief. With many of our content pieces, we aim to provide our readers with action items, directing hundreds of thousands of petition signatures to important causes such as Act for Antonio, Abortion Access, Justice for George Floyd, and many more.

Job Description
Impact is searching for a driven, entrepreneurial person who is passionate about social justice, media, commerce, and digital products. Your day-to-day will be filled with various aspects of business: from sales, to marketing, to building out digital products. Your work will serve to grow our mission and compensate our diverse team for their work.
You will…
- Act as right-hand person to CEO and CCO to support in operations, management, HR, and business
- Lead strategic initiatives for revenue generation
- Collaborate with CEO and other leadership members to create and execute upon hiring plans
- Create financial projections and recommendations based on data and research
- Collaborate with company leaders to streamline processes and improve the quality of work
- Support CEO and CCO on managing day-to-day operations and empowering their direct reports to succeed
- Work with leadership to set company-wide goals and ensure they are achieved as effectively as possible
- Take point on recruiting process from start to finish
- Strategize short-term and long-term plans
- Work with cross functional teams to build a product from 0 -> 1
Salary Range for this role is $95,000–$135,000.

The ideal candidate will have the following in their background…
- 3-6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or as an consultant
- Experience at a leading publisher
- General business knowledge in a variety of areas
- Experience dissecting complex problems into segments that can be solved with data, analysis, and clear assumptions

- You have a strong problem-solving track record – you’re able to think critically through unique problems with no set processes and quickly implement a path to a solution
- You love utilizing data and projections to back up your assumptions
