Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
• Lead financial planning, risk management, and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and foster company growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, audits, and investments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Direct fundraising initiatives and capital structure management, cultivating strong relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board of directors on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
• Spearhead the development of performance measures and monitoring systems to support the company’s strategic direction and business plan.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or regtech industries.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and with executive teams.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements, with a track record of maintaining compliance and integrity in financial practices.
