Certified Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with transferring and positioning patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Follow care plans and ensure patients receive appropriate treatments and medications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
