About Us:

We are a cutting-edge luxury tech startup dedicated to empowering the business of luxury through innovative technology solutions. Our flagship product is a marketplace platform that serves as the central hub for transactions between global luxury brands and discerning consumers. With the foundation already laid and the technology built, we are poised to move out of beta and make our technology public.

Your Role:

As the CEO, you will work closely with the founder and other key stakeholders. The founder will transition to the role of CTO, focusing on backend operations and technology, while you will take the helm in driving the company's growth and success. You will be supported by experienced advisors who are industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company through its next phase of growth, transitioning from beta to a public-facing platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the tech and luxury worlds, leveraging your extensive network for partnerships and opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing all aspects of the startup and ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Drive fundraising efforts to secure the resources needed for expansion and development.
  • Understand and anticipate market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury industry, guiding product development and strategy accordingly.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to new challenges and apply knowledge effectively.

Additional Details:

  • Remote position (potential for hybrid/in-person in the future).
  • Preference for candidates located in the US, Canada, or Western Europe.
  • Full-time role with a significant equity share in the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as part of or founder of a previous tech startup.
  • Extensive relationships in the tech/luxury world.
  • Experience managing a startup, with a strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and scaling businesses.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-stress, high-stakes environment, with a willingness to take risks and go all-in for long-term success.
