An affiliate of Everyrealm, Jack’s House B.V., is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Casino Marketing Associate to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our cutting-edge online casino. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies within the iGaming or online casino industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing plans to increase player acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel campaigns (including SEO, PPC, social media, email, affiliates, and content marketing).
- Player Retention & CRM: Manage retention and loyalty programs, including VIP initiatives, promotions, and personalized customer experiences to enhance player lifetime value.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and performance, using data to drive decisions that improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Affiliates & Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and explore partnership opportunities to expand the brand’s reach.
- Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, helping to shape and grow the online casino’s unique identity in a competitive market.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver cost-effective results and align with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online casino or iGaming marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and player acquisition techniques.
- Expertise in player retention strategies, including CRM and loyalty programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
