CAD Manager

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a talented CAD Manager to join our team. As a CAD Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and management of digital design assets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our design processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of CAD designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
• Create and maintain a centralized library of digital design assets, including prints, patterns, and graphics
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to translate design concepts into digital formats
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all digital design assets, including color, scale, and quality
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CAD software and tools
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in CAD design, preferably in the apparel industry
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, NedGraphics, or Lectra
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of print and pattern design is a plus
