Full Job Description
Our Innovation team focuses on incubating startups within Fluent and is instrumental in the success of some of our high growth business units. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join this team, who gets excited about finding insights at the intersection of data and analytics!
Our paid internship program starts on Monday, June 3rd and runs 11 weeks through Thursday, August 22nd. Interns will work alongside Fluent employees Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm with an hour lunch every day.
What You’ll Do
- Learning Fluent’s inventory offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes
- Testing, deploying and integrating recommendations into daily processes
- Independently conducting in-depth competitive analysis and industry research
- Pulling and analyzing data to help leadership understand specific influencer marketing, and consumer patterns and trends
- Identifying opportunities to leverage your expertise to drive meaningful impacts to the business
Requirements
- About to graduate with a degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or another related field
- An understanding of the Digital Marketing or SaaS landscape
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- High-level organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in an ever-changing, detail-oriented and time-sensitive environment
- Naturally curious and demonstrates an eagerness to learn
- Analytical problem solver with a strong intellectual curiosity
- Highly proactive, efficient, and goal-oriented
- Communicates effectively through written and verbal methods
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or Power BI would be a major plus

Hourly Rate: $16/HR
