About Us:
Premium Merchant Funding provides financial solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. We’re looking for a skilled Business Debt Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue business accounts and ensure timely collection of balances.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Negotiate payment terms and create payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams.
- Provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business debt collections or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- $60,000 per year
