Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst Contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various business operations and initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments, gathering and analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  •  Discovering and documenting all use cases and the requirements related to the Agent Portal and integration with the core policy system;
  •  Coordinating across engineering, Project Management, and UX to ensure the requirements are vetted and understood appropriately;
  •  Consult with SLT members to understand and outline the requirements for each element of the project;
  •  Collaborate with the PM to understand and adjust timelines;
  •  Convert the use cases and requirements to test cases;
  •  Support other assignments related to specific projects as they come up with direction from the PM and/or the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

***Deep insurance (P&C) industry experience is required, specifically in building and integrating digital portals with core systems (including policy, billing, and Agency Management)***

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management roles in the P&C insurance industry building and managing agent facing portals;
    •  Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
    •  Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tracks simultaneously

Benefits

This is a temporary opportunity for anywhere from 3 to 6 months, at a rate of $90 per hour (with a strong likelihood of an extension beyond the initial 6 months)
