Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Conduct data analysis and data modeling to support business decision-making
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions
• Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with various data analysis techniques and tools
• Proficient in SQL and database querying
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is a plus
