Brand Protection Associate, Marketplace Partnership

Our team is in full growth mode and seeking a highly motivated Brand Protection Associate ready to roll up their sleeves and protect our brand integrity on Amazon! Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketplace Operations, you will monitor and receive counterfeit products, record incidents, and take appropriate actions to protect our brand. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Amazon Brand Registry and trademark laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Amazon Listings:
• Regularly monitor Amazon listings for potential counterfeit products and policy violations
• Identify and report counterfeit products
• Receive and Record Counterfeit Claims:
• Receive counterfeit product claims from customers and other sources
• Accurately record all incidents in the company’s tracking system
• Investigate and Take Action:
• Conduct thorough investigations of counterfeit claims, including examining products and contacting sellers
• Coordinate with legal teams and Amazon support to act appropriately against counterfeit listings
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of all counterfeit incidents, actions taken, and outcomes
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on counterfeit activities and brand protection efforts
• Stay Updated on Policies:
• Stay informed about Amazon’s policies, brand protection tools, and trademark laws
• Assist in educating the team on new policies and best practices for brand protection
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Marketplace Operations and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to brand protection
• Liaise with Amazon support and legal teams to resolve complex counterfeit issues

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and trademark laws
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work in the office hybrid
• Prior experience in eCommerce, brand protection, product quality control, or a related field is a plus.
