Aspire Medical Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Oncologist to join our team at the VA Western New York Healthcare System. As an Oncologist at Aspire Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized care to veterans with cancer and hematological disorders.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive cancer treatment and care to patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating cancer, managing chemotherapy and radiation therapy treatments, and monitoring patients' progress throughout their treatment journey.
As a Board Certified Oncologist, you should have extensive experience and expertise in medical oncology and hematology. You should be familiar with the latest advances and research in the field of oncology and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency program in Medical Oncology
- Board certification in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice anywhere in the USA
- BLS Certification
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and radiation therapy treatments
- Familiarity with the latest advances and research in oncology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Duties:
- Diagnose and treat patients with cancer and hematological disorders
- Plan and prescribe appropriate treatments, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of oncology
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Participate in clinical trials and research studies
