ABOUT THE ROLE

The Bathroom Attendant maintains customer service, ensuring bathrooms are clean and stocked throughout the event and in good working order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain overall restroom cleanliness, including but not limited to wiping counters and mirrors, dusting surfaces as needed, keeping floors clean and dry, emptying garbage, cleaning mirrors, mopping floors at the end of the shift, etc
  • Stock bathroom supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, as needed throughout the event
  • Keep restroom supplies organized including personal care products for guest use
  • Notify supervisor if restroom facilities require repair or maintenance
  • Maintain awareness of general activities and communicate issues or suspicious activities to management immediately
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work long shifts, including overnight shifts
  • Must be able to work standing for long periods
  • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a confined space of variable noise levels

COMPENSATION

  • Hourly rate for this role is $16
