Aviation Finance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Asset Finance team at a top law firm in New York, with opportunities also available for candidates in California and Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to work on aviation finance transactions with a highly regarded firm.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex aviation finance deals.
• Experience with general equipment finance or maritime finance is a plus.
• Exposure to capital markets is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Aviation finance experience is essential.
• New York bar admission required, with immediate transferable skills.
• Strong academic background, and exceptional writing and communication skills.

Compensation: $260,000 - $390,000 (location dependent).
