Automotive Biller - Acura

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Biller at our Rallye Acura location. Seeking a reliable, motivated individual with previous automotive billing experience. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team! Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of New York State DMV Laws and has experience using VERIFI & CDK. Experience with DMV Live is preferred!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assist with lease returns as needed.
• Complete all necessary steps in order to bill-out sale of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Printing and organizing all paperwork including Department of Motor Vehicle documents, leases, financing, contracts, and miscellaneous forms to enable sales representatives to deliver vehicles.
• Bill the purchase of pre-owned vehicles to wholesalers.
• Register vehicles using DMV live. Issue license plates for all new and pre-owned vehicles.

PAY RANGE: $29 - $36 Per Hour

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive billing experience required
• Familiarity with New York State and DMV Laws required.
• Experience with DMV Live preferred.
• Ability to use VERIFI & CDK required.
• Acura experience preferred
• Out of State deals experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability with the ability to multitask.
