Position Overview:
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality research and strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be involved in day-to-day project management, data analysis, and the synthesis of research findings into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and clients, gaining hands-on experience from day one. This role requires someone with a proactive attitude who can manage tasks independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities of research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and develop strategic insights to inform client decisions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the creation of debriefs and client presentations.
• Support the development of project methodologies and innovative approaches to research.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Engage in client communication, supporting the team in building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as STEM, business/economics, behavioral science, or related disciplines.
• Ability to start in Summer 2024.
• Willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week in either our Chicago or NYC location.
