Associate, Network Support

We are looking for an Associate, Network Support

Compensation: $75,000 salary , employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

Rokt’s Customer Operations team is responsible for the build, implementation, QA and troubleshooting of our solutions with our partners and clients in a way that ensures the long-term health of its network. We are seeking an experienced operator that can raise the bar and manage Rokt’s most complex implementations and internal processes, as it enters a period of hypergrowth.

The Associate role will focus primarily on content moderation, ensuring that the various experiences shown to end customers across the network meet Rokt’s and our client’s standards. You will do this by developing robust quality assurance skills. This work is coordinated in Jira, a tool that you will either have experience with or learn on the job. Associates will become experts in Rokt’s suite of products, and learn how to use the tools that enable our clients. Over time, our Associates learn a suite of technical skills, including familiarity with Rokt’s products, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON and many others, helping you advance at Rokt and your career more broadly.

Responsibilities:

• First line of product support for both internal and external users
• Ensure quality assurance across both sides of the Rokt network
• Brand campaign approvals to check for compliance with Rokt’s Ads policies
• Audit Ecommerce experiences to proactive identity errors in integrations
• Help facilitate special projects internally to improve the Rokt product
• Strategize on process and product improvements to drive efficiencies in daily operations

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• French, German and Japanese speakers are a plus, but are not required!
• Project management - highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Reacts well when placed under stressful conditions or pressure
• Positive attitude and able to enjoy the work they do
• Effective communicator - able to simplify and effectively explain complex solutions
• Creative problem solver - approaches all projects and tasks with a creative mindset in order to determine the appropriate solution
• Bonus points for technical experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, JSON, XML, with some familiarity with API integrations
