Assembly is looking for an Associate Director for the Measurement & Advanced Analytics team to lead and execute on measurement strategy and tool implementation across top clients at the agency. This role is expected to lead projects across a variety of business verticals and collaborate with other internal teams to identify priorities. The Assoc. Director would be a member of Assembly’s Data, Tech and Consultancy team where multi-disciplinary experience is favorable. The team is seeking candidates that value collaborative workspaces, progress over perfection and are biased for action.
Responsibilities:
- Understand, analyze, and build client measurement frameworks
- Contribute to and guide strategic recommendations from a media measurement perspective applied to media and martech
- Lead conversations with both internal and client stakeholders to scope and define measurement priorities
- Analyze media performance data related to high level trends and incrementality test data sets for test outcomes and next steps
- Build ad hoc reports and presentations for senior stakeholder communications
- Provide innovative thinking/direction on projects and during project planning phases
- Collaborate with both junior and senior team members to manage and deliver on project pipeline
- Partner with Client Account Team to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, needs and timelines
Requirements
- Years experience: 5-7 years experience, time at agency strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with the current state of digital media measurement and testing frameworks
- Strong storytelling skills, both in writing and presenting a strategic narrative
- Timeline and communications management
- Experience with measurement tech like site analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), 3P ad serving (CM360), mobile measurement partners (Branch, Kochava), CRM/CDP (Segment), etc
- Experience with contributing to thought leadership and POVs

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $110,000 - $135,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
