Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Estates and Trusts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure case strategies are effectively executed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• 1-3 years of experience as an attorney.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
