Our Animal Clinic is seeking an Assistant Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our veterinary practice while delivering exceptional care to our animal patients and excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with financial management, including billing, invoicing, and inventory management
- Coordinate and monitor veterinary procedures and treatments
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and policies
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice management or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of veterinary procedures and medical terminology
- Proficiency in veterinary software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial management and budgeting is a plus
Benefits
Starting salary at $25 per hour plus bonus' and once into production, increase in pay.
