Full Job Description
KULE is looking for a Assisant Store Manager to join the retail team. Passionate about our brand, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for bringing KULE to life for our customers through engagement, product exploration, and customer service.
Sales:
- Build strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship building
- Expert on product and brand knowledge
- Provide a premier customer experience at all times
- Reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Operations:
- Complete all store transactions - purchases, returns, exchanges
- Process and receive inventory
- Actively maintain, clean, and organize the store and back of house
- Merchandise the sales floor with direction from Head of Retail
- Open and close the store and follow all processes and procedures
Requirements
- 4+ years retail experience, 1+ year of leadership experience; contemporary brand experience is a plus
- Professional attitude and customer service focused
- Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy
- Able to bend, reach, lift, and move product; able to carry 25 - 30 lbs
- Must be able to work at both Rockefeller Center and Cobble Hill Locations
