Requirements
Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge and appreciation of theater, music, dance, and visual arts, with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive organizational growth and sustainability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, artists, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and fundraising, with a results-oriented approach to achieving financial objectives.

4. Artistic Direction: Provide artistic guidance and direction to staff, artists, and collaborators, fostering creativity, diversity, and excellence across all artistic endeavors.

6. Talent Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of artists, administrators, and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and artistic excellence.
7. Financial Management: Manage the organization's budget, resources, and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals and objectives.
8. Advocacy and Outreach: Serve as a passionate advocate for the arts, representing the organization in public forums, community events, and fundraising activities to raise awareness and support for our mission.
