POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Architect IIwith a minimum of 6 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum 6-8 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
- Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
- Must have experience in High-End luxury residential and/or hospitality
- Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainable building performance and research and development
- Experience with Revit is a must and experience with putting CD sets together
- Should have good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
- Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
- Experience with construction administration
- Technically strong enough to provide guidance to junior resources on the team
BENEFITS
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in NYC is between $90,000 and $97,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
