Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter at SimpleFlow Solar, you will be at the forefront of our lead generation and client acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to help homeowners transition from costly, polluting energy sources to clean, renewable solar energy. This role involves direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting via an auto-dialer, and scheduling quality in-home appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our company and products.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure appointments are confirmed and provide any necessary information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase appointment conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and managing sales documents.
- Utilize various communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts, to assess lead validity and potential.
- Engage in outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Represent SimpleFlow Solar with distinction in all interactions.
- Master the use of CRM tools and other necessary resources.
- Become a skilled appointment setter with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Set high-quality appointments that lead to sales.
Compensation:
- Weekly base pay plus commissions based on installations.
- Must meet standard quota for appointment setters: 4 sales per month.
- Potential for a six-figure annual income, though not guaranteed.
- Independent contractor (1099).

Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve problems promptly, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group situations.
- Proficient in outbound call center experience.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Attendance/Punctuality: Consistently at work and on time, ensures responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

- Eligibility: 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the Renewables & Environment industry is preferred, but not required.
